How long do I have to wait to use my YourBestDeals once I've purchased it?

You can use most YourBestDeals the day after you purchase them - our featured businesses typically request we hold back the masses on the first day while they see to the phones.

You can print your YourBestDeals as soon as your order is processed, which typically happens a few hours after placing your order, but can occasionally take up to 24 hours if we're really busy. We'll email you as soon as your YourBestDeals is ready.

Can I give this YourBestDeals as a gift?

Yes - you can give your YourBestDeals coupon to whomever you want, or use the gifting options to email or print it for a friend. Don't worry if your name is on the YourBestDeals you are gifting—as long as the number hasn't been used yet, your friend won't have a problem using it.

The fine print says "Limit 1 per person" and "May buy multiples as gifts." Can I buy myself some YourBestDeals as gifts to myself and use more than one?

No. If the fine print says this, you can only redeem one. If you buy more than one then you have to give them away as gifts to other people.

How much should I tip when I redeem my YourBestDeals?

Refund Policy

  • Your satisfaction with the purchase of this deal is our top priority. Our merchants offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return your unredeemed voucher for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Once your voucher reaches the expiration date, it loses its promotional value and we will not be able to issue a refund. Redemption of Paid Value of a Voucher beyond its expiration date is the responsibility of the applicable Merchant in perpetuity.
  • YourBestDeals.com does not guarantee the quality of service you will receive from the merchant but we will do everything in our power to make sure that every customer has a satisfying experience. Please contact us should your experience be less than satisfying.
  • If you are having difficulty redeeming your purchase or you find that the applicable merchant is no longer in business please contact us and our team will do all we can to assist you in redeeming your voucher. Should you still be unable to get your voucher redeemed, we're happy to provide you with a full refund.
  • If, a merchant refuses to honor the voucher or goes out of business before the expiration period of the offer then purchaser is required to contact us at Support@YourBestDeals.com so a credit/refund can be issued or applied to another offer of equal value.
