Spinderella Fitness Inc. is the culmination of a lifelong journey in health and fitness. Elizabeth Rodriguez, who has lost over 135 pounds, founded the Company in August 2010. She spent years learning the secrets and skills needed to succeed in effective weight loss. Pole Dance Fitness was the final ingredient to success.

Spinderella Pole Dancing Fitness workouts are challenging and super fun. Typically, pole dancing has been associated with a more erotic setting. However, today, modern fitness instructors like Elizabeth have found pole dancing to be a fantastic replacement for mundane fitness routines.

Elizabeth is also a certified Fitness Nutritionist and Personal Trainer through International Sports Science Association (ISSA), has completed KT Coats Pole Teaching Training, also has received intensive training with various Pole Fitness Champions like Felix Cane, Alethea Austin, Jenyne Butterfly, Bad Azz, Karol Helms, Allerga, Steven Retchless, Mario Fisken, Jamilla Deville, Rafaela Montanaro, Hanka Vensalaaand continues to train.

In December 2010, she partnered with Melissa Fernandez who has an intensive background in Jazz, Ballet, and Hip Hop dancing and together they created Spinderella’s dance routines. Melissa is also famous for her Reggae Fusion classes!
